Maximize uptime with quality production features
A tubular steel machine frame provides stability and strength while eliminating catchpoints for dust accumulation, to maintain cleanliness for food plant requirements. All components that contact the product are constructed of stainless steel for sanitary product handling. Maintenance requirements are minimized with sealed bearings, permanently lubricated air cylinders, air inlet regulator, and Venturi vacuum system.
Top feed magazine is forgiving to variations in corrugated
Minimal operator intervention is ensured with the low-level tray magazine that is easy to load and can be refilled at any time during operation. The magazine feeds from the top of the stack, for smooth, interrupted tray supply, and trays are transported by heavy, chain-mounted flight lugs for positive placement throughout loading and sealing.
Easy-open gull wing style guard doors are standard equipment, providing complete machine containment yet ensuring easy access when opened.

This tray packer accumulates and packs rigid and semi-rigid containers, glass and plastic bottles and jars, chipboard and shrink-wrapped cartons, composite and paperboard containers into display, half height and full height corrugated trays. It offers flexibility to adjust to package changes as your needs evolve.
Corrugated dividers may be inserted automatically between product rows for label protection and/or stacking strength if desired.
