Total control from magazine to case ensures reliable partition inserting
Partitions are indexed from the magazine and opened in a singular, continuous motion, providing maximum efficiency unmatched by two-step indexing and opening. They are maintained under full control from magazine to case. Dual servos provide precisely synchronized opening and inserting and dual servo lateral stabilizers lock the partition open before insertion.
Case feed and alignment ensure proper partition
High traction belting positively transfers cases from infeed through discharge. They are indexed into position against conveyor stops, then funnels lower into the case to guide the partitions into precision alignment. These important steps ensure that partitions are inserted correctly for non-stop operation at the case packer.
Ergonomic design for efficient loading during operation
The large partition magazine is designed with features to hold partitions in the proper compression to ensure reliable feed and offers easy loading at any time during operation.
The standard magazine holds 250 partitions, and extended magazines are available to allow more time between refills.
Changeover time is dramatically reduced up to 70%
No tools or change parts are required for changeover for the complete range of partition sizes. All production parameters are stored for immediate recall at the HMI control panel. The operator simply selects the new size, then follows the sequence shown on the touchscreen display.
The modular gripper devices offer quick change, easy-lock adjustments. Quick-turn locking handles and hand turnwheels with position indicators simplify dimensional adjustments at the conveyor for quick return to production.
