Factory Refurbish/Rebuilds
New machine performance at a reduced cost
Our customers often develop strong loyalty to our machines, preferring to replace worn assemblies and components rather than replace the entire machine. Our factory refurbishment and rebuilding services provide a cost-effective solution, rebuilding your machines into factory-new condition. You can preserve your capital equipment budgets and eliminating the need to retrain operators and maintenance staff.
We can help you determine the best solution which will depend on your needs, time frame, and the condition of your equipment. Generally, a full machine rebuild is completed in 6 to 8 weeks (with parts ordered ahead of rebuild) while refurbish services can be completed more quickly. Rebuilt machines are covered by a 90-day warranty.
