To keep the shelves stocked with their popular video games, our customer needed a case erector that would deliver the right cases, on time in the right sizes, no questions! The Model 440 with auto changeover was the solution.
It erects and seal multiple large case sizes, sealing them securely with hot melt adhesive. To run a different case, just select it at the control panel. The machine automatically adjusts and they are back in operation. This erector is a key component in their packaging line, keeping their line running at peak performance.

As case sizes increase, so do the challenges in erecting and sealing. And the Model 440 is built for the task. The top feed magazine handles the weighty loads with no back-pressure issues that can occur with vertical feed magazines, picking and feeding the large cases with ease.
The opening mechanism securely grips each case from below as it is opened from the top, then the oversized, mechanical walking beam transfers cases through hot melt application. The servo-driven sealing ram compresses the flaps ensuring secure seals.
The result: square, well-sealed extra large cases that meet our customer's distribution demands.
