When you need to efficiently pack soft product packs into shippers, this robotic packer provides a fully integrated solution. Typically, this type of package was packed manually, or with custom accumulation and stacking modules in a horizontal packer.
The product is oriented and transferred into position, then lifted and precisely packed by the robot into cases in multiple product configurations. After packing, the filled cases travel to a top case sealer.
Product changeover is completed quickly by setting the new product at the touchscreen panel and adjusting the case and product guides.
