Our customer packs multiple sizes of dairy cups into display trays with custom cutouts. They needed an automated solution that would handle their product with tender care and pack it precisely into the cutouts of their special trays. The Model 600 robot proved to be the ideal solution.

The accumulator groups the products from one lane infeed to multiple lanes for the tray configuration. Then the robot gets to work, securely gripping and stabilizing the cups and transferring them with fluid servo action into the trays.
