Positioned after the drop packer, it operates as two machines in one, precisely cutting the tablock tabs then sealing cases at speeds to 50 cpm. At a machine length far smaller than competitive units and inline design, this tablock slitter/sealer was an easy fit for our customer's line layout.
The "traveling" slitters move with the case and accommodate case variations, unlike stationary slitters. The sealing section utilizes A-B-C's industry standard features including contoured flap folders and either tape or hot melt sealing.
